经皮穿刺腰椎间盘激光气化减压术(percutaneous laserdisc decompression,PLDD)作为一种微创手术,在临床应用方面取得了良好的疗效。本院于2004年10月至2006年2月将椎间盘造影(discography)与PLDD相结合,进一步提高了整体疗效。
