距骨颈骨折脱位作为足部最严重的损伤之一,几乎占距骨骨折的50%^[1],随着交通及建筑业的发展,距骨颈骨折脱位有逐渐增多的趋势。我院自1995年3月至2005年2月收治此类患者23例,其中19例给予手术治疗,现报告如下。
