老年帕金森病合并股骨颈骨折治疗分析

随着社会的老龄化,骨质疏松症及由此而引发的股骨颈骨折的发生率逐渐升高^[1]。此类患者如不及时治疗,就不能迅速地、尽可能地恢复术前的活动状态,尤其是帕金森病患者由于长期卧床肌肉萎缩明显,使患者的一般健康状况迅速恶化,并发生坠积性肺炎、褥疮、深静脉炎、肺栓塞及泌尿系统感染等严重并发症乃至死亡。自2001年8月-2005年2月对12例70岁以上老年帕金森病患者合并股骨颈骨折行股骨头置换术,12例均获得随访,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组12例,年龄为7085岁,平均（75.7±4.5）岁。根据Hoehn-Yahr分级方法^[2]:Ⅱ期3例（身体双侧或中线受影响,但没有平衡功能障碍）;Ⅲ期
