手法治疗严重移位的伸直型肱骨髁上骨折

肱骨髁上骨折为儿童常见肘部损伤,占肘部骨折首位^[1]。其中伸直型骨折最多^[2],自1995年采用手法整复、夹板外固定治疗严重移位的伸直型肱骨髁上骨折105例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组105例,其中男76例,女29例;年龄4～14岁,平均8.6岁;均为伸直型,其中尺偏型69例,桡偏型36例。就诊时间:伤后24h以内96例,24～72h8例,72h以上1例。经外院手法治疗失败5例。骨折面呈横形67例,短斜形29例,粉碎性9例,断端均为完全错位、短缩畸形,其中有3例前后移位达0.5cm,均为闭合性骨折,未合并神经、血管损伤。
