股骨颈骨折是老年人常见的骨损伤,随着社会老龄化,股骨颈骨折的发生率逐年增高^[1],治疗方法较多,内固定效果不一,常发生骨折不愈合及股骨头坏死,至今尚无很好的解决办法。自2000年以来,对38例不愿接受髋关节置换或不适宜行髋关节置换的老年股骨颈骨折患者行闭合复位、小切口空心螺纹钉固定治疗,取得较好的效果,报告如下。
