跟骨骨折是最常见的跗骨骨折,占全身骨折的2%,约75%的跟骨骨折为关节内骨折,对于跟骨骨折的治疗在很多方面存在争论。对跟骨骨折的治疗要选择合适的手术时机、治疗方法、手术方式和术后处理,自2000年3月-2004年3月共手术治疗跟骨骨折120例,分析如下。
