微创经皮钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折

胫腓骨远端骨折在胫腓骨骨折中最为常见,由于其创伤解剖的特殊性,治疗方法的选择有一定的难度,特别是远端粉碎性骨折,术后易发生骨不连、切口皮肤坏死、感染及关节功能障碍等并发症。自2001年3月-2004年7月我院应用微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)治疗胫骨远端骨折32例,疗效满意,报告如下。
