带筋膜蒂的逆行岛状皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤缺损

严重的小腿创伤,常导致足踝部软组织缺损,肌腱、骨外露。由于该处局部血循环差,周围软组织较少,修复困难。采用游离皮瓣移植需牺牲1条主要血管,是一种操作难度较大、技术要求较高、并且风险相对较大的手术,应严格掌握其适应证^[1]。自1997年4月-2006年2月我院采用带筋膜蒂的逆行岛状皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤缺损6例,取得较好疗效,报告如下。
