自2004-2005年对143例有腰椎间盘突出症症状且有椎间盘突出的患者,进行分组治疗,现将其研究结果总结报告如下。1资料与方法1.1纳入标准①符合国家中医药管理局1994年颁布的关于腰椎间盘突出症的诊断标准[1];②签署知情同意书。1.2排除标准①妊娠期妇女;②无症状的腰椎间盘突出症患者;③合并腰椎肿瘤或结核,严重的骨质疏松症、Ⅱ度以上腰椎滑脱、椎弓根崩裂;④合并严重高血压、心脏病及其他器官或系统原发性疾患,精神疾病患者;⑤凡不符合诊断标准或因各种原因未按规定接受或完成治疗无法判断疗效或资料不全者。
