带锁髓内钉治疗股骨多段粉碎性骨折

自2003年1月-2005年8月采用骨折切开复位,带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干多段粉碎性骨折18例,早期行CPM功能锻炼,取得良好的疗效。1临床资料18例中,男11例,女7例;年龄20～61岁,平均31.6岁;左侧7例,右侧11例。按Winquist分型,Ⅰ型:小蝶形骨片,对骨折稳定性无影响;Ⅱ型:较大碎骨片,但骨折的近、远端仍保持50%以上皮质接触;Ⅲ型:较大碎骨片,骨折的近、远端少于50%接触;Ⅳ型:节段性粉碎骨折,骨折的近、远端无接触。本组骨折Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型6例,Ⅳ型7例。致伤原因:交通事故伤15例,高处坠落伤1例,重物砸伤2例,均为新鲜骨折。病程1h～9d,平均3.6d。
