胫腓骨开放粉碎性骨折属高能量伤所致,软组织损伤重,骨折移位明显,复位及固定难度大,感染发生率高,骨折延迟愈合及不愈合多见^[1]。我院对1997年6月-2006年3月收治的56例开放粉碎性胫腓骨骨折患者,在严格清创的基础上,应用AO外固定架结合有限内固定进行治疗,取得了良好的效果。
