在各种创伤后骨折治疗中,骨不连的治疗仍然是全世界骨科医生所面临的难题之一。据相关资料统计,美国每年发生的约600万骨折患者中,约5%~10%发生骨折延迟愈合或骨不连^[1]。骨不连的治疗方法可分为手术治疗、生物及物理治疗等,目前依然以采取手术内固定自体骨植骨为主,生物治疗、物理治疗正逐渐成为行之有效的新的治疗手段。
