随着交通及建筑业的发展,胸腰椎严重爆裂性骨折逐渐成为创伤脊柱外科的常见病。胸腰椎严重爆裂性骨折常累及三柱,以前中柱破坏为重,致压物常来自脊髓前方,往往需要行侧前方减压。自2000年6月以来,对68例此类患者应用胸膜外-腹膜后入路行椎体侧前方减压、植骨、Z型钢板(Z-plate)内固定术,取得了理想的疗效,现报告如下。
