下肢创伤骨折伴发急性胃扩张22例分析

自1999年1月至2004年12月对22例下肢骨折并发急性胃扩张患者的临床资料进行分析,报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料均为四肢创伤科及关节科收治患者。其中男13例,女9例;年龄62~85岁,中位年龄70岁。发生胃扩张在外伤或手术后1~3周。股骨干骨折6例,股骨颈骨折7例,粗隆间骨折5例,胫腓骨骨折4例。伴有肥胖症12例,糖尿病8例,高血压病6例,老年痴呆3例,恶性肿瘤2例。
