髌骨“8”字张力带内固定术后并发股四头肌肌腱断裂3例

自1999年以来采用“8”字张力带内固定术治疗髌骨骨折325例,其中有3例术后发生股四头肌肌腱断裂。男2例,女1例。年龄分别为35、38及23岁。2例粉碎性骨折,1例横断骨折。1例新鲜骨折,2例陈旧骨折。3例术后3~5d时复查X线片均对位对线良好,术后2~4d时即开始进行患膝关节功能锻炼,在2个月左右复查X线片时均已示骨折临床愈合。
