自2000年1月-2005年1月,采用改良悬垂法治疗髋关节后脱位,均1次成功,简便快捷,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组8例,男5例,女3例;年龄16~58岁,平均34岁。交通事故伤6例,坠落伤2例。按Thompson分型:Ⅰ型6例,Ⅱ型2例。均于伤后6h内就诊,2例曾在外院整复未成功。
