骶尾关节脱位切开复位克氏针内固定手术1例

患者,男,27岁,因骶尾部摔伤后肿痛不能坐、平卧1h来我院就诊,门诊行X线检查(见图1a),诊断为“骶尾关节脱位”,多次经肛门手法复位失败后患者同意手术复位。入院检查:急性痛苦面容,骶尾部轻度肿胀,无明显畸形,局部压痛明显,不能坐、平卧,肛门排便疼痛困难,伴疼痛加重,会阴部感觉、活动无明显障碍,经肛门可触及骶尾关节弹性固定。术前实验室检查无异常。术前灌肠备皮,准备充分后在腰麻下,俯卧位使臀部抬起,仔细消毒肛周及肛门,取骶尾关节后正中纵行5cm切口,切开皮肤、皮下至骶尾关节后方。
