骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)是广泛存在于骨基质中的一种低分子酸性糖蛋白多肽,具有很强的成骨诱导活性。BMP诱导骨形成的方式受多种因素影响。其中影响最大的因素之一是为BMP诱导骨形成提供支持环境的载体的物理及化学性状。BMP诱导骨形成或软骨形成高度依赖它们的载体。目前,大多学者用固体材料作为BMP的载体用于临床治疗,国内外已进行了大量的动物及临床实验,并取得了成功^[1-2],用可分散性(液体)载体系统的研究仅有少量动物实验报道^[3]。本研究将生物蛋白胶与BMP复合成纤维蛋白胶-BMP应用于临床,取得满意疗效,报告如下。
