经皮可吸收螺钉内固定治疗Maisonneuve骨折

Maisonneuve骨折是一种特殊类型的踝关节损伤,表现为腓骨近段（上1/3部位）骨折,下胫腓韧带撕裂,外踝与胫骨下端分离,向外后方移位,三角韧带前部纤维撕裂或内踝骨折,内踝与距骨分离。自1999年7月至2005年7月采用可吸收螺钉经皮内固定治疗18例,术后配合U形石膏固定,疗效满意,现报告如下。
