肱骨骨不连是骨科术后较为常见的并发症,治疗方法较多,效果较好。但对于一些复杂类型的肱骨骨不连,如合并感染的肱骨骨缺损,肱骨双节段骨不连等,治疗比较困难。2001年6月-2005年6月,采用胫骨皮瓣游离移植治疗13例肱骨骨不连骨缺损,取得良好效果。
