骨盆牵引配合早期腰肌功能锻炼治疗老年腰椎爆裂骨折

腰椎爆裂骨折是临床上腰脊柱的严重损伤,1995年-2004年,采用骨盆牵引配合早期腰肌功能锻炼的方法,治疗30例急性无合并脊髓神经损伤的腰椎爆裂骨折,经近远期随访,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组30例,男18例,女12例;年龄60~85岁,平均72岁;均为新鲜骨折,其中L₁骨折4例,L₂骨折22例,L₃骨折4例。均有明显外伤史,腰椎疼痛明显,活动受限,局部压痛,无脊髓神经损伤症状。CT显示椎体爆裂型骨折,骨折块突入椎管<7mm,X线片显示椎体前部压缩<3/4,椎体角度<35°。伤后入院时间3~48h。2治疗方法2.1骨盆牵引入院后患者取仰卧位,检查其生命体征无异常即进行骨盆牵引治疗。
