在临床工作中我们发现,肌腱断裂修复后由于伤口反应、害怕疼痛、担心肌腱再次断裂等原因很难按照康复要求去做恢复训练。因此肌腱术后粘连的发生就不可避免。我院自2000-2006年,对56例80条手部肌腱断裂的患者采取在医生指导帮助下,肌腱吻合术后患指即刻进行被动屈伸锻炼,取得了满意疗效,现报告如下。
