复杂Pilon骨折多源于高能量损伤,除骨折严重粉碎外,一般都合并严重软组织损伤,这无疑给治疗带来更大的难度。2001年4月-2006年1月,采用有限钉板内固定结合AO外固定支架治疗复杂Pilon骨折33例,疗效满意,报告如下。
