双切口逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折

我院自2002年1月-2005年1月对54例股骨髁上骨折采用双切口逆行交锁髓内钉内固定,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组54例,其中男38例,女16例;年龄21~66岁,平均37.1岁。受伤原因:车祸伤27例,高处跌伤17例,重物砸伤10例。依据Schatzker分型^[1]:Ⅰ型单纯股骨髁上骨折无移位4例,Ⅱ型单纯股骨髁上骨折有移位37例,Ⅲ型粉碎性股骨髁上骨折13例。骨折均为闭合性,合并侧副韧带损伤17例,交叉韧带损伤11例,半月板损伤6例。伤后1~7d行手术治疗。2治疗方法2.1手术方法患者采用硬膜外麻醉或腰麻,取仰卧位。手术切口分两部分:①第1切口,自骨折断端寻找股内侧肌体表标志,在大
