骨折复位固定之后,便进入骨折康复期。这是功能恢复的关键时期。尤其对于一个创伤严重的患者,这是一个时间漫长、进程艰难、内容广泛而意义深刻的时期。随着现代生活节奏的加快,严重创伤给人们留下的阴影也将日益增多。在新兴的骨科康复领域引入中医理论和传统的治疗方法,不仅是追根寻源,而且对骨折康复无疑将具有积极的现实意义。动静结合、筋骨并重、医患配合和内外兼治是中西医结合治疗骨折的四大基本原则^[1]。骨科康复也遵循了这些原则,尤其是筋骨并重和动静结合。
