从1927年有报道用橡皮覆盖金属做成肱骨远端^[1]至今,已有近80年的历史,人工肘关节的功能不断改善,寿命逐渐延长,使用日渐广泛,特别是在20世纪70年代人工半限制型金属———高分子聚乙烯肘关节问世以来,使用范围迅速扩大,疗效明显提高,至目前已臻于完善。2000-2005年,应用半限制型人工肘关节治疗创伤性肘部骨缺损、关节不稳21例,取得了满意的临床疗效,现总结报告如下。
