脊柱胸腰段骨折临床较为常见,约占脊柱脊髓损伤的50%^[1],治疗方法已由传统的保守治疗过渡到积极的手术治疗,疗效显著,手术入路多以后正中入路为主。自2002年1月至2004年12月,采用旁正中入路治疗胸腰段骨折25例,疗效满意,现报告如下。
