经皮激光汽化减压术(percutaneous laser disk decompres-sion,PLDD)是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种微创技术,中药熥敷合剂是我科临床常用的治疗肩颈腰痛的外用协定方。为了探讨PLDD配合中药熥敷合剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,自2003年4月-2005年3月,应用半导体激光治疗仪,采用PLDD配合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症120例,总结如下。
