仰卧提牵屈肘法治疗伸直型肱骨髁上骨折

2002年2月-2004年9月,应用仰卧提牵屈肘法治疗伸直型肱骨髁上骨折28例,效果良好,现报告如下。1临床资料本组28例,男19例,女9例;年龄6~14岁。就诊时间30 min~24 h。右侧13例,左侧15例,均为闭合性骨折,不伴有桡神经损伤。2治疗方法2.1手法复位患者仰卧于治疗床上,患肩前屈90°,一助手扶住患肩部,另一助手立于对侧踏脚凳,在垂直于床面的轴面上,向上提牵患肢1~2 min。纠正重叠与嵌插后,术者双手掌按住骨折断端的尺桡侧向中间挤压,纠正侧方移位。然后术者改用双手握住骨折断端,拇指放在鹰嘴部,对侧助手在提牵的同时,逐步屈肘至90°,术者拇指用力向前方推,余指抓住骨折断
