距骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿1例报告

患者,女性,29岁,2005年4月6日因扭伤致左踝关节肿痛,活动不利而至我院骨伤科门诊就医,常规X线片检查未见明显骨折及骨质破坏,遂按左踝关节扭伤而给予自制膏药外敷,加以活血止痛中成药内服等对症治疗。治疗2个月患部肿痛无明显好转,于6月20日复诊。局部CT扫描提示,左距骨溶骨性破坏,边缘光整,外周软组织肿胀。为进一步明确诊治,以左距骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿收治入院。患者否认家族遗传性、传染性疾病史,无家族肿瘤史。患者左内踝局部隆起,触诊可见以内踝为中心6cm×8cm肿块,质韧,边界尚清,推之不移,压痛明显,皮温略高,皮色如常,左足背伸、跖屈活动受限,左足背动脉搏动良好,足趾感觉、运动正常,双侧腹股
