复杂的胫腓骨骨折在儿童骨折中不多见,其治疗方式的选择也较棘手,治疗不当会导致患儿的终生残疾。自2000年以来共收治AO分类为C2型的儿童胫腓骨干骨折22例,使用单侧多平面金属外固定支架联合小夹板进行治疗,取得较满意的效果,现报告如下。
