小腿胫腓双骨折临床上常见,治疗方法多,但感染、骨畸形、骨不连、关节僵硬等并发症较多。1995年8月-2005年8月,我科应用单侧矩形钉（2枚矩形髓内钉重叠固定）髓内固定治疗154例,辅以正骨手法,疗效满意,报告如下。
