股骨远端骨折易并发膝关节僵硬,临床治疗比较棘手。2003年7月-2005年10月,我们采用C形臂X线机监视下手法复位和关节镜引导闭合逆行交锁髓内钉内固定、术后中药外洗治疗股骨远端骨折20例,效果满意,总结报告如下。
