股骨干骨折合并同侧肢体损伤漏诊9例

股骨干骨折合并同侧肢体损伤,临床上较常见,近年来有增多趋势,这类骨折多见于车祸、坠落伤,由于这种骨折可被股骨干骨折所掩盖,易引起漏诊、延诊。自1998-2003年治疗此类损伤124例,对延漏诊9例的确诊时间、治疗及随访结果等进行回顾性分析。
