近年来,不稳定骨盆骨折,尤其在多发伤患者中的不稳定骨盆骨折受到众多学者的重视。早期进行骨盆外固定架固定可有效地控制失血、稳定骨折,利于重症患者的转运和抢救。同时,对于特定类型的骨盆骨折,外固定技术可以作为一种有效的治疗方法。
