改良手术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

肱骨髁上骨折是临床上常见的儿童骨折类型,对于严重移位的,或肿胀明显,或伴有神经损伤的肱骨髁上骨折采用切开复位内固定是必要的。其肘内翻畸形是最常见的并发症。我院自1998年6月-2005年5月设计采用改良手术法治疗62例严重肱骨髁上骨折,取得了满意的效果,现介绍如下。
