近年随着干细胞技术的兴起和对股骨头坏死发病机制的深入认识,利用骨髓干细胞移植治疗股骨头缺血性坏死呈现了良好的发展前景。1骨髓间质干细胞的生物学特性骨髓间质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)是一种增殖能力较强、存在于骨髓非造血组织中的多能干细胞。
