颈椎前路手术内置物并发症的分析

在颈椎前路减压、植骨、带锁钢板内固定技术日渐成熟的今天,越来越多的医院开展了该项手术。自1998年2月-2005年8月应用该方法治疗颈椎病215例,发生与内置物钢板及钛网相关的并发症14例,为此积累了一定的经验,现总结如下。1临床资料本组215例,男126例,女89例;年龄42～82岁,平均为62岁。临床症状主要表现为脊髓型颈椎病122例,神经根型颈椎病66例,混合型颈椎病27例。固定节段最高为C_3,4,最低为T₁。单节段124例,双节段82例,3节段8例,4节段1例。2治疗方法所有患者均采用右侧颈前入路,单节段行椎间盘摘除术,多节段行椎体次全切除减压术。
