二人牵拉复位法治疗肩关节前脱位

自2003年8月-2005年9月,运用二人牵拉复位法、外敷内服药物等综合疗法治疗肩关节前脱位50例,疗效满意。1临床资料本组50例中男31例,女19例;年龄22～86岁,平均42.1岁,20～50岁40例,50岁以上者10例。左侧30例,右侧20例。受伤至治疗时间均在1d之内,均有肩部明确的外伤史,肩部肿痛明显。体征均有方肩畸形,搭肩试验阳性,直尺试验阳性,X线片示肩关节脱位。分型:盂下型16例,喙突下型32例,锁骨下型2例,合并肱骨大结节骨折8例。
