髌腱替代治疗膝后交叉韧带损伤17例

自2001年6月-2005年12月收治膝关节后交叉韧带(PCL)损伤17例,行髌腱替代手术治疗取得了良好效果,现报告如下。1临床资料本组17例中男14例,女3例;年龄21～70岁,平均为39.6岁。右膝8例,左膝9例(其中双侧2例)。全部为急性损伤,受伤到手术时间2h～7d,平均0.5d,16例在2～9h以内,1例7d。发病的部位为体部断裂不能修复者。受伤原因均为意外撞击伤。大都伴有其他的复合伤:主要有髌骨骨折,内外侧副韧带损伤,腘动脉、腓总神经断裂,骨盆骨折,肱骨骨折,肋骨骨折,腓骨骨折各1例;股骨内髁骨折,股骨干骨折,腰椎骨折各2例;胫骨骨折,半月板损伤各3例。
