骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤是由复杂的多因素引起的血液回流受阻导致组织功能障碍,是骨科临床常见的手术并发症。尽管造成此现象的原因尚未完全明了,但血管功能障碍起主要作用。H2O2是引起血管损伤的重要因素。本文主要针对骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤的血管机制的研究及防治进展加以综述。 |

Progress in vascular study on ischemia reperfusion of skeletal muscle |

Abstract:Ischemia reperfusion(I/R) leading to the damage of skeletal muscle is recognized in orthopaedics clinic.Though it has not been totally distinct yet,the blood vessel function obstacle plays a main role during I/R.H2O2 is the important factor causing the blood vessel damage.This paper mainly describes progress in vascular study on ischemia reperfusion of skeletal muscle and the possibilities of treatments against I/R. |
