股骨颈骨折复位三角位进针导向器的研制与临床应用

经粗隆部三角位(进钉)置入加压螺纹钉内固定技术治疗股骨颈骨折,因其具有良好的生物力学稳定性,在临床上已被广泛应用,是治疗股骨颈骨折有效方法之一。其技术关键在于进钉的部位、方向、深度及其在股骨颈内所形成的空间结构。我科在研究徒手定位、进钉的基础上,研制出了结构简单、使用方便,能够在手术操作中准确指导进钉部位和方向的导向器。并应用于临床,取得了满意的效果。此导向器已获国家专利(专利号:ZL200420011430.5)。1导向器的结构原理和使用方法1.1原理、材料和结构股骨粗隆部进钉部位可以根据X线片和术中解剖关系确定。
