肩关节脱位手法整复的流派及发展动态

肩关节脱位指的是肩肱(或称盂肱)关节脱位,临床上十分常见,肩关节脱位通常采取手法整复,疗效确切,手法整复研究也较多,笔者参阅有关文献资料,结合自己的临床体会,对国内肩关节脱位的手法整复流派和发展动态做一整理,与同仁共飨。1各整骨流派对肩关节脱位的复位手法1.1河南洛阳郭氏平乐正骨手法1.1.1外展牵引推挤复位法适用于前脱位。患者仰卧,第1助手用宽布带穿过患侧腋下,向对侧牵拉;第2助手双手握患侧腕部,患者手心向上,顺势沿纵轴牵拉并逐渐外展,术者站于患侧,以双手或单手向后上方推挤脱出的肱骨头,使其复位,第2助手徐徐将上肢内收、内旋、屈肘于胸前。1.1.2旋转撬入复位法适用于肩关节喙突下脱位。
