2000年1月-2005年8月,应用自体红骨髓骨折端注射预防胫骨中下段骨折迟缓愈合,取得满意效果,介绍如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组202例。治疗组110例,男58例,女52例;对照组92例,男51例,女41例。年龄16~82岁,平均39.5岁。均为胫骨中下段骨折,其中粉碎性骨折31例(治疗组16例,对照组15例),横形骨折77例(治疗组44例,对照组33例),斜形骨折63例(治疗组33例,对照组30例),螺旋形骨折31例(治疗组17例,对照组14例)。闭合性骨折180例(治疗组98例,对照组82例),开放性骨折22例(治疗组12例,对照组10例)。
