胫骨平台前缘塌陷骨折漏诊特定方位X线分析与手术治疗

1993年8月-2004年9月,收治胫骨平台骨折168例,其中X线漏诊12例,经加摄特定方位X线片确诊胫骨平台前缘塌陷骨折,行补救手术治疗后效果满意,现分析如下。1资料与

方法:1.1一般资料本组12例,男11例,女1例;年龄21~74岁,平均44岁。根据AO M櫣ller分类^[1]:B2型8例,B3型4例。共12例漏诊。胫骨平台塌陷高度5~11mm,平均6mm;塌陷面积3.2~4.6mm2,平均4mm2。外侧平台10例,内侧2例,漏诊病例均为胫骨平台前缘塌陷骨折。受伤至确诊时间1~45d,平均24d。典型病例见图1。
