急性肘关节后脱位伴尺骨冠状突及桡骨小头骨折手术治疗

急性肘关节后脱位伴尺骨冠状突及桡骨小头骨折是一种较少见的外伤类型,它是一种复杂的肘关节脱位,约占肘关节脱位的10%~20%,因其治疗困难,预后差,被称为肘关节“可怕的三联征”(Terrible traid)^[1]。2000年4月-2004年6月,对18例急性肘关节后脱位伴尺骨冠状突及桡骨小头骨折采用手术切开复位骨折内固定、关节囊及侧副韧带修复治疗,疗效满意。1临床资料本组18例,男14例,女4例;年龄20~68岁。损伤原因:跌伤8例,坠落伤6例,车祸伤4例。均为闭合骨折,急诊行手法复位,肘后石膏托固定。术前拍摄肘关节正侧位X线片并行肘关节CT扫描,明确骨折情况。
