骨折治疗的三大原则即复位、固定、功能锻炼。这三者应为有机的结合,并贯穿骨折治疗的全过程。围绕固定这一中心环节产生了不同的流派,也随着时代的变迁不断地发生着材料、方法以及理念上的变化。1骨折治疗的近代发展根据固定的方式形成了三大流派:内固定、穿针外固定、功能支架。(1)最早使用钉板固定骨折的是Hansmann(1886),后来由Lane(1894)和Sherman(1912)加以推广应用。虽然Ven-able应用不锈钢材料解决了电解问题,但由于钢板强度不够而加用石膏外固定,结果把两种技术的缺点结合在一起。Egger(1948)首先使用滑槽加压钢板。
