肘关节后脱位伴内侧副韧带损伤15例治疗

肘关节后脱位临床较常见,而肘关节后脱位常合并内侧副韧带损伤,研究表明,肘关节内侧副韧带在抗外翻应力方面起主要作用,如损伤不予修复将导致肘关节内侧不稳定^[1]。自2003年3月至2004年12月共治疗肘关节后脱位伴内侧副韧带损伤15例,取得了良好效果,报告如下。1临床资料本组共15例,均是外伤引起的严重闭合性肘关节后脱位,其中男9例,女6例;年龄16~65岁,平均39岁。15例均于急诊闭合复位,并于5d内行手术探查,X线检查未见骨折。
