无移位肱骨髁上骨折致桡神经损伤1例

患者,男,15岁,摔伤致右肘部肿痛、功能活动受限7d入院。查体一般情况可,右肘部肿胀、压痛,屈伸功能障碍,右侧垂腕、垂指明显,虎口区麻木感。X线片示右肱骨髁上骨折,伸直型,无明显移位。询问患者病史得知,患者于受伤后即前往当地医院治疗,拍X线片诊为右肱骨髁上骨折,给予右上肢屈肘90°硬纸壳外固定后回家。当时是否有垂腕、垂指及虎口区麻木等患者及其家属均不能记起。伤后7d来我院就诊,发现有桡神经症状,门诊以“右肱骨髁上骨折并桡神经损伤”收住院治疗。
