移位性髋臼骨折的手术治疗

移位性髋臼骨折是一种高能量损伤,随着现代化工业和交通事业的发展,这种损伤日渐增多。由于关节面受累和骨折移位,如未能及时达到确切的复位,日后发生骨折畸形愈合和不愈合,将严重影响髋关节功能。目前,对移位性髋臼骨折多倾向于早期确切复位和牢固的内固定,以改善和提高治疗效果^[1-3]。1998年6月以来,我们应用骨盆重建钢板固定技术治疗18例移位性髋臼骨折,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组18例,男16例,女2例;年龄28~46岁,平均38.5岁。受伤原因:交通事故伤9例,砸伤3例,高处坠落伤6例。其中伴有脾破裂2例,肋骨骨折2例,脊柱骨折1例,四肢骨折2例,坐骨神经不全损伤2例。18例均为闭合性骨
